Green has really played well today, and now Wang has been taken out. I hope the shot he took is not acting up. He hasn't thrown that many pitches, so it makes one wonder. I just hope somebody doesn't blow his win, since it would be his 17 and give him a fair shot at 20 and the CY.

With this almost sure victory today, will be up in double digits over the Sox should they lose? Who would have imagined that they would be this far back. I expected us to be on top, but I can't say by 9 or ten games....

He was efficient enough to get 7.1 IP out of 85 pitches, so that should get us the win and let Proctor and Farnsworth show us what they can do. Mo can't do it all by himself.

I expected us to be on top, but I can't say by 9 or ten games.... Yes it would be 10 games. I'll be roting like hell for my 2nd team, the Royals, tonight. I'm going to kill the sound on the Yankees game and listen to Trenton's playoff game.

No dice. Trenton is in a rain delay (2nd inning/ no score). I forgot the start time was 6 Pm Eastern, not 7.
Staten Island trails Brooklyn 1-0 in the bottom of the 5th in their first playoff game.

Guys.... Farnsworth obviously made a mistake, but how many times has Millar hurt us?? ANY save without Mo is a bonus..... our magic # is 13..... Wang has 17 wins...... things can't be that bad.

Youre right dg. I was more pissed about the possibility of Wang not getting his 17th win more than anything.
