X - Charles Ives(1874-1954). He was baseball fan and player(when he was young).
A - Mike Donlin B - Johnny Evers C - Willie Keeler
Two compositions I asked about:
"Take-off No. 7: Mike Donlin–Johnny Evers" "Take-Off No. 8: Willy[sic!] Keeler at Bat"
His other two compositions with baseball-releted titles:
"Study No. 21: Some Southpaw Pitching" "Take-off No. 3: Rube trying to walk 2 to 3!!"
According to his biographer, Charles Ives concerned that his musical interest might make him appear effeminate, participated in amateur baseball well past adolescence in order to dispel any doubts about his masculinity.
