Unless there's good evidence that ARod did anything while with the Yankees, there is no way in he!! to void his contract. RJ, your proposed suit is a non-starter. It's beyond frivolous. If you could even find a lawyer willing to take the case, it would be thrown out of court. And unless there's reason to believe he's still using, his accomplishments with the Yankees aren't tainted. What accomplishments?

What accomplishments? Oh, little things, like averaging 42 HRs, 123 RBIs, 119 runs, .303 BA, and a pair of MVPs.
