You had to know the minute he hired the defense attorney who got William Kennedy Smith acquitted that they had the goods on him. I hope they nail him to the wall.

To be fair (and I think they're very likely to nail ARod), even if ARod was pure as the driven snow , he can afford to hire the best and would be a fool not to.

MLBPA is also on the hook to defend him.

I hate the MLBPA. They have messed with the game enough. Hey MLBPA how about doing something for all the players who play the game clean?

The union will do all it can to protect A-Fraud when what they SHOULD be doing is protecting the integrity of baseball...whatever is left...and standing behind those who do not cheat! Great post Skinny! Maybe Oprah can get this cheater on TV and get him to spill his guts too? Fat chance.

I'd like to take a swing at that sore hip of his and I take back all the good words I said about his 2009 post season. Arod is now true scum in my book now and forevermore.

Lots of words & circumstantial evidence, but I'm waiting to see what happens in court...because in the America I woke up in this morning, everyone still has that right.
I never wanted ARod from the day we talked about trading Soriano for him...but now that we have him, I'm rooting for him....till all the FACTS and EVIDENCE are in and presented.

This may or may not end up in court, but MLB can act regardless.

While he is allowed his due process, is there anybody that actually thinks he didn't do the PEDs? More than likely, he has been on some form sinc high school. A good reason his body is breaking down now.

He's in trouble even if he didn't get PEDs from the lab. You are not allowed to see any doctor not approved by MLB per the CBA.

Where's that stupendously annoying Nancy Grace when we need her to sort all this out?
