@newsdaymarcus: AROD: Appears neither side has been told when to expect a decision.

Granted you haven't verbalized anything of the sort, Eddie, but it almost seems to me like you can't git him fried quick enough...

If rumors are true #13 has decided not to appeal any suspension 100 games or less. The cost of the appeal would exceed the salary lost. No idea if these reports are true. When you are innocent you fight all the way. He's simply a fraud. Crying to Francesa his complete innocence.

This decision has been holding up the Yankees moving forward on 3B....that's my urgency. Do I want him "fried"? What I want is to never see him representing, in a Yankee uniform, the team I've been following since 1956.

Just to play devil's advocate - even if he is completely innocent, it may make sense not to fight a suspension of a certain length. Innocent people will take a plea deal if the evidence against them is strong enough and the potential penalty is much greater than that offered in a deal. It's a risk-return analysis.

He's got money coming out of his ears and lawsuits all over the place. I don't believe the story. He's already spent more than he should have for a case he can't win.
