Will ANYONE who accepted the penalty rather than fighting it, as Alex did, pay anything for it?
I can see that the Brewers weren't going to release Braun despite his lying to everyone in the organization, but he gets an apparel deal too?

Unfortunately, there's nothing that the teams or MLB can do about endorsement deals, and it seems that these companies figure that guys like Braun still have appeal to their customers.
Sometimes crime DOES pay.
