He got an out, along with two more runs. 5-0 with only one out, and we aren't the same offensive team we used to be. SIGHS!!!!!!

Ok, I guess we are waiting for Brown to give up 10 runs before we take him out, right? This is disgusting...

I can already hear KBrown's post-game comments, KB: I feel I am making progress. Reporter: What about the 6-run first? KB: Well, we are back in Tampa and you know how the pitching mounds are here. How can anyone expect me to get comfortable with that in the back of my mind?? Reporter: So the pitching mounds were responsible for the 12 hits given up through 3 and 1/3?? KB: This conversation is over!!
He then punches the wall, breaks every bone in his pitching hand and SAVES OUR SEASON!!!

Brown's job to sink the Yankees continue. Now its an 8-1 Tampa Bay lead and brown has only pitched 4 innings and 12 hits. Stinkier

Boy, do we have to get solid, steady starting pitching from CM Wang and Sean Henn (up from Double A no less) for the foreseeable future. Who would have figured this one month ago! Just what dah hell happened? Come on Wang and Henn !!!!!!

Kevin Brown's beautiful line: 5.0 innings, 13 hits, 8 earned runs, 2 Ks and his ERA balloons to 8.25.

If Steinbrenner REALLY wants to send a message, he'll designate BROWN for assignment. Make no mistake that the Cano-Womack-Matsui-Berniebenching was Georgie's idea all the way. Sound baseball people don't shift their starting 2nd Baseman to the outfield in May. They do that sort of thing in February. Brown is a waste of a roster spot. We already knew he was a waste of money. Please go punch another wall and do it tonight, Kevin.

From Yahoo Sports NYY-TB Recap: Torre said the team is going through the toughest stretch since he took over as manager in 1996. ``But you don't sit around complaining about it ... because certainly with all the success we've had we're not going to have anybody writing us any get-well cards,'' Torre said. ``Time is spent trying to get it right and trying to get going in the right direction.'' ``Right now we have not been able to really put anything good together,'' Torre said. ``I don't think there's any one person responsible player-wise. The manager is always responsible.'' Brown declined to speak with reporters in a mostly empty clubhouse. sports.yahoo.com/mlb/recap;_ylc=X3oDMTBpa2lpNnFzBF9TAzk1ODYxNzc3BHNlYwN0bQ--?gid=250503130
