... a twist on the old refrain seems to apply these days.
You know the tune -- remember, it's about our guys on the mound, because they
Take us out of the ball game Take us out with the crowd Why throw a key pitch or crack a bat? I don’t think we can ever come back But it’s moot, moot, moot 'cause our bull pen If they come in, it’s the game ‘Cause it’s one … two …
"… and a line drive over the bag and down the line. It’ll go into the corner. One run will score, two runs will score, here’s the throw … it’s off line. It’s a bases-clearing double …"
… as we fold again
Really though, I'm just kidding. We all know that this will not last. In fact, I rushed this post in now because I don't think it will apply in the near future.
The bats are coming alive and the arms will get there too.

LOL!!! Hahahaha!!!! You have to laugh in times like this because all this is sad. Haha! Thanks for the laugh, even when this situation is sad. I hope you are right. You think to yourself that this cant keep going. That somewhere it as to stop and suddenly they'll play true great baseball. But the losses keep mounting. It's only May... It's only May...

Having Norkee back will change our luck, starting tonight. I thought it was interesting that the rotation has gone from Sean Penn (Spicoli) to Sean Henn. Henn kind of laid an egg last night, but Cano's throw sure didn't help.
