Haven’t really driven in those areas. My vote would be Beltsville MD. Absolutely the worse drivers I’ve ever seen

I work for USAA and the top 3 states for accidents are Texas, Arizona and Florida. I’m not talking fatal. Just accidents in general. Louisville and Memphis are surprising. They don’t stick out for us.

Driving in Tampa once a year over a bit of time, it has always seemed to me that the worst drivers in the area are those not native to Florida (like myself). FWIW

I don't know. Lots of traffic, and not just Rush Hour driven.
Beautiful, well-made and -maintained roads encourage faster driving, while they largely tear up and reconstruct key road infrastructure from year to year. Driving out of the airport is an adventure more years than not.
And again, I'm not the only old person trying to keep up, but I guess that's largely inhabitants.
