The Dodgers don't look too good in the NL west. Their offense sputters a good deal of the time and their bullpen is in tatters.

Yeah but they got Manny Machado!

Machado is finding out that Dodgers Stadium is not the same as Camden Yards. Last night he hit a shot to left that would have been a home run at Camden, but was caught around the warning track at Dodgers Stadium. The Dodgers might not make it to the playoffs this year.

Dodgers going the Yankee way is my impression. Homer, sweet homer.

Yes, they’ve been able to come back in three games against the D Backs in the late innings. Matt Kemp’s bat came back to life.

NL races exciting. Brewers surging. D’Backs struggling at the wrong time.

The NL West is going to be a hell of a finish. Rockies still have 6 games left with the Diamondbacks (3h/3a) and three away in LA.

I was thinking Ron Davis, with 8, but see he got a pop-up before whiffing the next 8.

Nice to know we have this tiebreaker sewed up....
Key tiebreaker: If the Yankees and A's tie for the two AL Wild Card spots, home field in the Wild Card Game would go to the winner of the season series, but with each club having won three games, the tiebreaker would go to the club with the better intradivision record. The Yankees (34-26 vs. AL East) hold a big lead over the A's (33-34 vs. AL West) in that regard.
