3 teams each have 63 losses. That's as dead even as can be. The final push begins today, and we need as many Cole starts as we can possibly get.

Baltimore led by 3 over Toronto heading into the last inning of their 1st game yesterday, but the Jay's scored 4 in the top half and won it.

They're up next, in Kramden, after a quickie with the Twinks.

I dread these Oriole games. Stuck with their announcers. And O's can beat us.

Toronto just put 44 runs on Baltimore in the last 3 games, got to figure the Yanks can squeeze out 5 or 6?

I dread these Oriole games. Stuck with their announcers. And O's can beat us. I with you on the O's announcers. The crew they have this year are better than the old guys. I hope we won't hear Palmer crying about the short right field porch at YS, when they have the short left field seats that Gleyber once owned.

Cole pitched with a wrap on his left leg, which he said made it “tough to move around,” especially when covering first base. He plans to modify it before his next outing.
Still, he limited Baltimore to one run in five innings, although he needed 108 pitches, with three walks and seven strikeouts.
“I would have liked to pitch a little deeper,’’ Cole said.
