He looks great. I hope he is figuring out some way to prevent his legs from giving out every couple of weeks.

I can’t see the photo, but assuming he has lost weight, I believe he is going in the right direction

Obviously, Giancarlo's success will be key for the Yankees. They are going to need to score a lot of runs this year.

Will be interesting to get the details. My guess he dropped all the bulk via a combination of diet and exercise. Amazing body transformation in 3 months time.

It would be hysterical if this transformation created a .300 hitting singles hitter with a high OBP and a bunch of stolen bases.

Like him or not, or if you’re either pessimistic or optimistic about Giancarlo’s 2024 season, he is ours . And we have to give him a chance to see what he does. Any improvements from last year is going to be huge for us. I am rooting for him to succeed. Hopefully Boone will figure out the best place for him in the lineup as well as moving guys in and out of the lineup at the right time.

He does look great. I hope he has done some work to improve flexibility. A healthy and lean GC would be a positive force in the lineup.

I think we are all in agreement that at least he is really trying to remodel his baseball game. That kind of effort is worthy of our support and fortunately, all he has to do is contribute, not carry the entire team. How many days until Pitchers and Catchers??

Hopefully going from pure bulk and muscle to leaner and flexible will turn back the clock. If we can get 40 HRs and 100 RBIs and a few games a week on the OF the top of the lineup would be devastating.

"He's always been one of the most feared hitters in the game and I think he's looking forward to getting back to that"
Brian Cashman talks about the shape Giancarlo Stanton is in as spring training approaches:
