He can’t even get an at bat in the Mexico games (maybe today?)
He continues to rake at every level (highest so far A+). Listed as a catcher, but played more games at 3B last year. Hopefully he continues to perform and forces the Yankees’s hand (unfortunately the Yankees will most likely trade him for a weak reliever and he will excel for another team). He’s only 5’9” so he’s not the type of player the Yankees covet. Last year’s stats .362 .400 .493

Height has nothing to do with playing baseball as a position player. I can see advantages 1. Longer reach to catch a wayward throw while keeping your foot on the base 2. Most likely can reach more overhead line drives

But that’s for second base. Shortstops and second basemen can get away with being short, because the perceived relationship to mobility.
