I will forever remember him for interrupting the broadcast of the playoff game between the Knicks and Houston with his insane bronco escape plan !
No respect for the guy in any case.....RIP

Did he ever have any luck finding Nicole's real killers? He promised this would be his life long focus. Be interesting to see if he left any writings or secret confessional behind.

I will forever remember him for interrupting the broadcast of the playoff game between the Knicks and Houston with his insane bronco escape plan ! No respect for the guy in any case.....RIP I actually enjoyed that night quite a bit. I was angry with the gang at my local bar (lived in a very Cheers-like environment then) because they complained when I asked the bartender to turn one of the 2 TVs to the Yankee game. The other was all over a Knicks playoff game. Left in a huff, but returned with a big smile on my face when it became apparent that all channels were on the Bronco.

I always thought he was framed. Poor guy never found the killer. Guess it'll just always be one of those mysteries. Like how Ortiz had a false positive in his PED test.

Not only a great football player, but a charismatic personality that allowed him to get into acting and commercials.
Agree on the pos. He had a history of spousal abuse prior to the murder.

I was in a very large lunchroom at work with quite a few people of different races when the OJ verdict was read. We were all glued to the TV. I was so confused when there was a lot of cheering and celebrating when the verdict was read. There was a lot of pent up frustration from the Rodney King trial a while earlier which was also a farce so I guess this was an eye for an eye in a lot of peoples minds.

With cell phones tracking our every move and action and cameras recording us all day long, OJ would not have stood a chance at getting away with that crime in this day and age.

Supposedly he was going to write a book “if I did it” He did write that book. The Goldman family got the royalties. From the Amazon write up for “I did it” Originally written by O.J. Simpson, the Goldmans published a new edition of the book in the fall of 2007, which included essays written by members of the Goldman family, a member of the Goldman family legal team, and O.J.’s ghostwriter that reveal the fascinating story behind the bankruptcy case, the book’s publication, and the looming court proceedings, which would eventually lead to his conviction. The book, called “one of the most chilling things I have ever read” by Barbara Walters, skyrocketed up bestseller lists across the country in the months following publication as the national media relentlessly covered O.J. Simpson’s dramatic Las Vegas arrest for armed robbery and kidnapping. The Goldman family views the book as his confession and has worked hard to ensure that the public will read this book and learn the truth. This is O.J. Simpson's original manuscript with up to 14,000 words of additional key commentary from those whose lives were forever changed by the heinous crime.

Did he ever have any luck finding Nicole's real killers? He promised this would be his life long focus. He had made great progress -- having scoured a whole bunch of golf courses.

Iv worked for Verizon in Brooklyn office it was 95% African American the reaction was unbelievable I was dumbfounded….only thing I can relate the reaction too was as if your team just won the pennant or series people were high fiving not answering phones ( it was customer service building I had 13 people under me they all abandoned their work stations I just let the phones ring it was mass chaos 4 floors of people celebrating like it was new years …. I never said a word I waited for 4 pm the office was on Livingston st in Brooklyn when I went outside the streets were packed with people celebrating it was incredible trains buses and traffic was backed up for hours …

That was probably because of the Rodney King beating.
