Phil & All,
Lately when I'm on the site, a lot of times the page is either slow or doesn't load properly without hitting refresh about 2 times and was wondering if anyone else is having this problem.
I see the problem both at work & home on XP Pro, XP Home, W2k & 98SE systems, but appears most previlant at work (XP Pro).
Thoughts?
Now for my suggestion: At the top of the page we have the following buttons
Behind the Bombers NY Yankee Fansite :: Bomber Boards :: Ask The Publisher :: Post Message
I use these buttons to toggle around the site because they act the same as the refresh button at the top of your browser window. Is there any way we can get these buttons put at the bottom of the page as well? At present I have to scroll back up through what I have just read in order to use the buttons. If it were at the bottom of the page as well it would make things a bit smoother.
Nothing earth shattering, just ergonomically pleasing to me at least.

I don't have that problem, bernz, and I'm using XP Pro both at work and at home. The page was occasionally slow when we had W2k Pro at work, but not any more, and I've never had the loading glitch you mention. What browser are you using, although I doubt it's the browser, since I use Firefox at home and IE 6 at work. I also like your suggestion about putting the buttons on the bottom of the pages as well, if proboards permits/supports that degree of cusomization.

I will look into it. I like the idea as well. I use all three browsers and I know proboards were down yesterday a bit maybe they were experienncing some problems.
There is a pull down on the bottom of the page that says forum jump that may do the trick.
