Phil really was the glue around here. In his follow-up posts to reunion games, he would mention by name each one that attended. One of the nicest guys you'd ever meet. Left this earth much too soon.

Phil gave us all a very long leash BTB but once in awhile when things were getting out of control, he would make a post and politely but sternly tell everyone to settle down and then there would be no more riff raff. It was like when you were little and being bad all day and then Dad comes home from work and that's the end of it. Period.

Phil treated every one of us like family. One of the nicest human beings to grace the Earth, period! Still have the BTB bib and bear with my signature Post On incribed which he sent when my grandson Aidan was born over 20 years ago. Miss you much, Phil. You're spot on about the leash, YI. This board used to get a tad Niner-Nasty every so often.
